Joe Mongelli

Joe Mongelli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in benefits strategy and consulting. Currently semi-retired and pursuing personal interests, Joe has held leadership roles such as Vice President of Customer Strategy at Carrot Inc., where innovative technology and behavioral science are applied to smoking cessation. Joe previously served as Senior Director of Benefits at Medtronic, developing integration solutions for benefits programs, and as Director of Global Benefits Strategy at Covidien, where responsibilities included global health and wellbeing strategy for a large workforce. Joe also led the New England Employee Benefits Council and held significant roles at Towers Perrin and Frank B. Hall Consulting Co. Joe holds multiple degrees in music education from New York University and the Manhattan School of Music.
