Julie Sherard

Julie Sherard is an experienced compliance professional with a strong background in managing compliance and risk for affordable housing programs. Currently serving as Regional Compliance Manager at MVAH Partners LLC since 2020, Julie previously held the role of Compliance Consultant at Tax Credit Assurance, Inc. from 2019 to 2020, where assistance was provided to troubled properties for compliance with HUD/HOME and Section 42 regulations. Julie's extensive experience also includes a 15-year tenure at Yarco Property Management, where oversight was provided for over 10,000 units under LIHTC, Section 8, and HOME programs as Vice President and Director of Compliance. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from The University of Kansas.
