Yara Afshar

Yara Afshar is an experienced design professional serving as Design Lead at Pivotal Retail Group since May 2023. Previously, Yara held the position of UX Designer at Bibti App from November 2022 to January 2023. A significant portion of Yara's career was spent at Pottery Barn, where titles included Senior Product Designer I Product Development and Product Designer I Product Development from November 2012 to March 2020. Early career achievements include leadership in product development at Industrial Design Outreach, Inc. and experience as a product designer at Lamps Plus, Inc., Whirlwind Wheelchair International, and San Francisco State University. Yara holds both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design from San Francisco State University.
