Katie Lillie's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Katie started in 2005 as the Director of Scheduling at the Office of Governor Kathleen Sebelius. In 2007, they worked in various positions for Obama for America before joining The White House in 2009 as the Director of Press Advance. From 2011 to 2014, they served as the Deputy Chief of Staff at the US Mission to the United Nations. In 2014, they became the Global Outreach Director at Tina Brown Live Media/Women in the World. In 2016, they started their own consulting firm, Lillie Consulting, where they worked as Principal until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Chief of Staff at The Paul G. Allen Frontiers Group. Finally, they joined Pivotal Ventures in 2019, where they held the position of Senior Network Engagement Manager until 2021, when they became the Director of Network Engagement & Experiences.
Katie Lillie obtained their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Kenyon College, where they attended from 1997 to 2001.
