Howard Bates

Howard Bates is a serial entrepreneur who has a long history of success in the business world. Howard is currently the CEO and co-founder of PivotCX.io, a company that provides customer experience management software to businesses. Prior to this, they were the President and CEO of Work Here LLC from June 2015 to October 2021. Howard has also served as the Executive Chairman of SmarterHQ from September 2011 to October 2021, and as the Chairman of Solential Energy Solutions, LLC from January 2010 to December 2015. In addition, they were the President of Kratos Defense and Security Solutions from January 2007 to December 2010. Prior to that, they were the President of Haverstick Consulting from January 1994 to December 2009. Howard has a proven track record of success in the business world, and they are an expert in customer experience management.
