Felipe Baeta

Felipe Baeta has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Felipe is currently a Board Member at Instituto Devolver, starting in 2023. Felipe founded and served as CEO of Piwi® from 2019 onwards. Felipe is also a Member at Beacon Founders and a Professor at Link School of Business, both starting in 2023. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Sales & Marketing Director at Centurium from 2016 to 2018. Felipe also served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at PIC-ME from 2015 to 2016. From 2011 to 2016, Felipe was a Director at FIESP - CJE - Comite de Jovens Empreendedores, where they actively participated in various activities and helped strengthen entrepreneurship. In 2012, they co-founded Ofélia and worked as an Entrepreneur Services Manager at Endeavor for a brief period.

Felipe Baeta obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa in the years 2005 to 2009. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Strategy at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. In 2012, Felipe participated in an Executive Education program on Entrepreneurial Studies at Babson College. Felipe also completed an Extension Course in Business Administration and Management at the London Business School in 2015. Additionally, Felipe attended an Extension Course on Business Model Generation at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in 2012, an Extension Course on Ethics at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2014 to 2015, and an Extension Course on Food & Beverage Management at Università Bocconi in 2015. In their earlier years, from 2002 to 2004, Felipe completed their High School at Colégio Visconde de Porto Seguro - Unidade I. Most recently, in 2022, they participated in an Executive Education program in Business Administration and Management at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
