Tamara Slavskaya

Tamara Slavskaya has extensive work experience in the gaming industry. Tamara is currently the Director of Operations at Pixion Games, a role they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Product Lead at Pixion Games from January 2021 to November 2021. Before joining Pixion Games, Tamara was a Product Manager at an undisclosed company from 2019 to 2021.

Tamara's early experience in the gaming industry includes various roles at Pixonic, where they worked from 2013 to 2018. Tamara started as a Product Lead and Producer from 2013 to 2015, then became the Head of Projects and Operations from 2015 to 2018. During their time at Pixonic, they successfully scaled up a game from a pre-launch stage to Live Ops stage, managing updates delivered every month on two platforms for 1.5+ million daily active users. Tamara also built and owned the games' Live Operations system.

Tamara's career began at CROC, where they served as a Project Administrator from 2011 to 2013. In this role, they prepared and provided documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders and ensured customer retention by regularly liaising with clients and promptly resolving issues.

Tamara Slavskaya earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Higher School of Economics from 2008 to 2012. Tamara then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree (with completed academic coursework) in Project Management from the same institution from 2012 to 2014.
