Shipra Prashant

Shipra Prashant has a wealth of work experience. Shipra began their career in 2015 with an internship at iPleaders.in. Shipra then completed a summer internship at Peoples Union for Civil Liberties (PUCL) in the same year. In 2016, Shipra Prashant interned at Tech Corp Legal LLP. In 2017, they worked as a Law Intern at DSK Legal, working with the corporate team on matters pertaining to Due Diligence of land matters, RERA matters and Insolvency code. Shipra Prashant returned to DSK Legal in 2018 as a Legal Intern, where they worked with the corporate teams and drafted diligence report of a land matter. In the same year, they also interned at Juris Corp and worked with the Capital Markets Team at Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co, where they drafted Chapters such as Intellectual Property, Legal History etc of Draft Red Herring Prospectus. Shipra Prashant then worked as an Associate at Lexygen from 2020 to 2022, before joining Pixis as an Assistant Manager- Legal.

Shipra Prashant completed their BBA LLB in Corporate Laws at UPES from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Bal Bharati Public School, Noida. No additional certifications have been listed.
