Katarina Szesny

Katarina Szesny has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Katarina is currently the Head of People Experience / Head of Human Resources at Pixum since July 2021. Prior to their current role, they served as the Head of Recruiting at FERCHAU from January 2019 to June 2021. Katarina also worked at Siemens, where they held various positions including Recruiter from October 2015 to December 2018, HR Consultant from October 2011 to September 2015, and Duale Studentin from October 2008 to September 2011.

Katarina Szesny obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management. Katarina completed this program between 2008 and 2012. Katarina then pursued further education at the same institution and earned their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie from 2014 to 2017.
