Troy Tracy

Troy Tracy, MBA, currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at Emmy Squared Pizza / Pizza Loves Emily Restaurant Group since April 2024. Previously, Troy held the position of Brand President & Chief Operating Officer at Huddle House, Inc. from May 2013 to December 2023, overseeing operations for 300 locations. Other notable roles include Director of Operations at Captain D's, where Troy managed a 46-store market, and various leadership positions at Arby's Restaurant Group, culminating as Senior Director of Operations. Troy began their career at NPC International as Area Director, successfully turning around markets in Delaware and Illinois.
