Sodiq Balogun

Sodiq Balogun is an experienced culinary professional specializing in pizza and cake baking. Since August 2020, Sodiq has worked at Apple as a Pizza Maker and Cake Baker, creating Italian pizzas from scratch and preparing various types of cakes and pastries. Sodiq also holds the position of Pizza Chef at Pizza Patron since July 2018 and previously worked as a Cake Baker at Freshly & Frozen Bakery from January 2020 to November 2022, focusing on fresh and dry cakes. Sodiq completed secondary education in Lagos, Nigeria, from 2003 to 2009 and studied at the Polytechnic of Lagos.
