Thom Elliot

Thom Elliot is a seasoned entrepreneur and marketing professional with extensive experience in the food and events industries. As Co-Founder of Pizza Pilgrims since its inception in 2012, Thom has been integral to the brand's success, which began with a Neapolitan pizza market stall in Soho. In addition, Thom founded Hungry Heart Events in 2017, catering to Bruce Springsteen fans, and established Pococello in 2015, where premium limoncello is crafted from Amalfi lemons and award-winning potato spirit. Prior to these ventures, Thom held various marketing roles, including Brand Marketing Manager at The Week magazine and Account Director at Leagas Delaney. Thom holds a BSc in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford and A Levels in Mathematics from Radley College.
