Angelo Catapano has extensive experience in the culinary field, particularly in the management and preparation of pizza. Currently serving as Area Manager at PIZZIUM Spa since March 2018, responsibilities include overseeing seven locations, conducting interviews and onboarding new staff, problem-solving across various establishments, and supporting the selection of raw materials and dough preparation. Prior experience includes a five-year tenure as Head Pizzaiolo at Pizzeria Jolly di Catapano Gennaro, focusing on the preparation of a variety of baked goods and leading a team of four, as well as beginning in the role of Baker and Assistant Pizzaiolo at the same establishment from November 2008 to March 2013.
