Valentina Savio has been serving as an Assistant in Quality Control at Pizzoli S.p.A. since April 2018. Prior to this role, Valentina completed an internship in quality control at CTQ Spa from November 2017 to March 2018. Valentina holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, obtained in 2017. In addition to formal education, Valentina has pursued sommelier training, completing a Level I course at AIS Emilia in June 2022 and currently enrolled in a Level III course at the same institution.
