Maria Tatham

Maria Tatham is Director of People Development. She joined PJ SOLOMON in 2020.

Prior to joining PJ SOLOMON, Ms. Tatham worked at American Express in the Colleague Experience Group for nearly nine years. Her experience spans a variety of responsibilities across the Human Resources function in New York and Hong Kong, including learning & leadership development, compensation, benefits, and business partner roles. Ms. Tatham began her career recruiting for non-profit organizations.

Ms. Tatham holds an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and a BA in Psychology from Boston College.
