Nate Stulman

Nate Stulman is a Managing Director and Head of FinTech. He joined PJ SOLOMON in 2020.

With more than 15 years of investment banking experience, Mr. Stulman leads PJ SOLOMON’s FinTech coverage. He advises established and emerging financial services, commerce, and technology companies on mergers & acquisitions, capital raisings and financings, and major strategic partnerships.

Within financial services, Mr. Stulman’s core areas of expertise include banking, lending and payments. He has deep relationships and expertise within the credit card ecosystem, including with respect to issuers, networks and merchant partners, and leads a market-leading advisory business relating to cobrand and private label credit card programs, partnerships and portfolios.

In the specialty finance space, Mr. Stulman has substantial experience with bank, nonbank, and captive; traditional and tech-enabled; consumer and SME; and prime and nonprime lending platforms. He also has a practice advising retail, commerce, and technology companies relating to financial services activities, partnerships and transactions. Key areas of adjacency where Mr. Stulman has strong expertise include loyalty, deals & offers, point of sale, and data & analytics.

Prior to PJ SOLOMON, Mr. Stulman was a Managing Director at Moelis. For 12 years, he was with Greenhill, including lastly as Managing Director and Co-Head of Financial Technology Corporate Advisory, which he co-founded.
