Anthony Giacomoni

Anthony Giacomoni has extensive experience in the energy industry, currently serving as Manager of Advanced Analytics at PJM Interconnection since May 2017, where oversight of research and analysis related to wholesale electricity markets is a key responsibility. Prior roles at PJM include Lead Operations Research Engineer and multiple positions in market strategy focused on energy market research and design. Anthony has also contributed as a faculty member at IllinoiSeminars, sharing insights on industry challenges. Previous experience includes significant roles at ISO New England and the University of Minnesota, culminating in a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Systems. Anthony's educational background includes a Master’s degree from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
