Bob Kelly

Bob Kelly, CSM, is an accomplished Senior Program Manager at PJM Interconnection, overseeing significant utility grid infrastructure and IT cloud projects since February 2023. With extensive experience spanning over two decades, Bob previously served as a Senior Program/Project Manager at Comcast Cable, leading large-scale initiatives in video streaming and application integration. Earlier roles include Senior Project Manager at CEI and Vice President of Operations and Technology at Vector 180 LLC, where Bob pioneered efforts in WiFi connectivity solutions. Bob's career commenced at Motorola, where management of extensive engineering programs and substantial budgets was highlighted. Bob holds an Associate degree in Electronic Communications from PENNCO and has a foundational background from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus.
