Holly Cairns

Holly Cairns is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communication, stakeholder engagement, and public relations. Currently serving as Lead Communications Professional at PJM Interconnection since November 2015, Holly focuses on IT communications and has developed comprehensive internal and external communication strategies. Previous roles include Executive Consultant and Production Manager at FlagShip Business Plans & Consulting, where Holly managed business plan production and marketing strategies, and Marketing Communications Specialist at Atlas Resource Partners, where significant fundraising contributions were made. Holly's earlier tenure at the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection involved leadership in environmental advocacy and public relations across the state.
