Michael Passaglia

Michael Passaglia has extensive experience in IT and infrastructure, currently serving as Lead IT Systems Administrator at PJM Interconnection since March 2008, after holding roles as Sr. Infrastructure Support Analyst and Infrastructure Support Analyst within the same company. Prior to PJM Interconnection, Michael worked as Senior Server Administrator at Wilmington Finance from November 2004 to March 2008 and held the position of IT Support Specialist at Airgas, Inc. from November 2000 to November 2004. Michael began career at General Nutrition, Inc. as a Loss Prevention Auditor from October 1994 to November 2000. Educational qualifications include an Innovation MBA (iMBA) with a concentration in Management from Thomas Jefferson University and a BS in Management Information Systems and Human Resource Management from Philadelphia University. Additionally, a program was completed at Computer Learning Center in 2000.
