Roger Cao

Roger Cao is a seasoned professional with a strong background in performance compliance and operational analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at PJM Interconnection since August 2015, Roger has developed expertise in performance compliance. Prior to this role, Roger worked as an Operation Analyst at NYISO from March 2009 to July 2015, gaining valuable experience in the energy sector. Educationally, Roger holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Oregon.
