Rositsa Ruseva

Rositsa Ruseva has a background in HR and compensation. Rositsa started their career in 2009 as an HR Industrial Trainee at UBS Global Asset Management. Rositsa then joined UBS in 2011, where they held various roles including HR Graduate Trainee, Reward Specialist in the Investment Bank, HR Business Partner in Equities, and Reward Advisor in Asset Management. In 2017, they joined PJT Partners as the Compensation Lead.

Rositsa Ruseva attended Romain Rolland Foreign Language School from 2002 to 2007, where they earned their High School Diploma in English and German. Rositsa then enrolled at Aston University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a BSc in International Business and Management.
