Fernando Kalil

Fernando Kalil is an experienced financial executive currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at PJUS and in a special situations role at XP Asset Management since May 2024. Previously, Fernando held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Revelo from August 2019 to May 2024 and served as Director of Innovation and Portfolio Management at Hypera from April 2016 to August 2019. Fernando's prior experience includes a role as Director in Real Estate Merchant Banking at BTG Pactual, where contributions included serving as CFO and IR of Brazil's largest publicly listed REIT, the BC Fund. Additional experience encompasses Associate Director in Investment Banking at Vivere Brasil and Controller at Velcan Energy. Fernando completed an Engineer's Degree at USP - Universidade de São Paulo and earned a Diplome d'Ingenieur in Industrial Engineering from École nationale des ponts et chaussées.
