Sonam Tshering

Sonam Tshering is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in systems administration and client support. Currently serving as an Information Technology System Administrator at PKCG since March 2020, Sonam previously held positions including Service Desk IT Officer at ConsultingIT and IT Service Desk Consultant at Computer One Pty Ltd. In these roles, responsibilities included providing 1st and 2nd level support, assisting with the development and implementation of software, and coordinating IT projects. Additionally, Sonam gained experience as an Intern Business Analyst at My Community Directory and acted as Sr. Manager at the State Trading Corporation of Bhutan Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Information Technology/Information Systems from Griffith University and an Engineer's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Madhav Institute of Technology and Science.
