Josh Horan

Josh Horan is a Superintendent at KELLER, with experience dating from August 2024 to the present. Previously, Josh served as Foundation Drilling Foreman/Site Superintendent at PKF Mark III from September 2014 to August 2024, where safety was prioritized and responsibilities included leading a drilling crew for bridge foundations, participating in weekly meetings, collaborating with inspectors, and coordinating equipment and supply needs with vendors. Josh holds a Bachelor's degree from Penn State University, obtained between September 2006 and May 2010.
