Kim McLaughlin has over 20+ years of experience in customer service in the technology industry, including hardware and software manufacturing. Kim has held various managerial roles, including Customer Service Manager at PKWARE from September 2004 to January 2020. In this role, they were responsible for forecasting, budgeting, strategic sales planning, account management, marketing analysis, contract negotiations, compensation plan development, international customer support, and channel sales. Kim also worked as a Troop Leader at Girl Scouts of Western Ohio from October 2013 to July 2017. Additionally, Kim worked as an Asset Manager at NCR in 2004, where they managed the refresh of computers for all of NCR North Americas and the disposal of older assets. Kim also scheduled technicians for image loading on new computers. Prior to that, they worked in Purchasing at MeadWestvaco from 1995 to 2002, where they managed forecasting, acquiring, and tracking equipment needs for a $12 million project and managed computer refurbishment and installations. Kim McLaughlin has an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Sinclair Community College. In 2003 and 2004, they attended Sinclair Community College and studied Business Management. In 2021, they also pursued Real Estate at Sinclair Community College.
