Terry Lee has extensive work experience in various fields. Starting in 1990, they were a Founding Partner at Activity Warehouse until 2004. From 1996 to 2004, they served as Managing Partner and President at JDI Limited Partners / JDI Realty, Inc., where they specialized in commercial property acquisitions, development, leasing, and sales. In 2004, they became President of Kobe, Inc. and remained in that role until 2010. During this time, they also served as President at KJ Media, Inc. In 2006, they joined Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. as a Real Estate Acquisitions specialist, providing acquisition and disposition services, due diligence, and brokerage services. From 2010 to 2016, they were the President of KJ Media, Inc. In 2016, they became a Managing Partner at Lee Real Estate Advisory Services, where they delivered creative real estate solutions for clients. In 2018, Terry became the CEO of PLA (plā), a multi-sport simulator sports bar concept located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, FL. Additionally, in 2023, they founded PLA IT FORWARD, a new venture. Outside of their professional roles, Terry has also contributed significantly to the community by raising funds for local charities as the Executive Director of Tres Hombres since 2004.

Terry Lee attended Washington State University from 1981 to 1985, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Construction Management. Additionally, Terry also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Washington State University, although specific details such as start and end years and field of study are not provided.
