Lonna started their career as an Associate General Counsel at The RiverStone Group, where they directed legal strategy for a large insurance and finance acquisition organization. Lonna then served as Legal Counsel - Contract at Lantheus, a publicly traded life sciences company, where they oversaw complex legal contracting and regulatory matters.

In 2020, Lonna became the General Counsel of Advanced Dental Management, where they provided legal advice and support for the CEO and worked on the acquisition of major shares in the company. Lonna also worked as an Independent Legal Counsel and Contractor, offering expertise in corporate tax filing, HR, intellectual property protection, and employment law issues to multiple businesses.

Lonna's recent roles include serving as a Strategic Advisor at Renew Global, where they supported strategic CapEx funding and provided legal guidance for disruptive startup organizations in the cryptocurrency and renewable energy industry.
