Justin Simon

Justin Simon is a seasoned development professional with extensive experience in real estate, currently serving as Development Manager at PlaceMKR since April 2022, after previously holding the position of Development Associate. At PlaceMKR, Justin has worked on various asset classes including industrial, multifamily, mixed-use, and retail. Prior to this role, Justin was a Development Analyst at Regency Centers, where involvement included mixed-use redevelopments such as The Abbot in Cambridge, MA, and Westbard Square in Bethesda, MD. Earlier experience includes a position as Land Acquisitions Analyst at K. Hovnanian® Homes and as President of Eagle Investment Group, where responsibilities encompassed investment research for publicly-traded companies in the Real Estate and Energy sectors. Justin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Ashland University and a High School diploma from Rocky River High School.
