Lauren Greene

Lauren Greene, MA, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Places for People, Inc., overseeing a team of HR Generalists and managing critical HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with regulatory requirements. With prior roles at HDIS as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Human Resources Coordinator, and at Mercy as an HR Associate, Lauren has cultivated expertise in leave administration and employee relations. A graduate of Webster University with a Master's degree in Human Resources Development, Lauren also holds a Certificate in Child & Adolescent Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice from Harris-Stowe State University. Additionally, Lauren is an advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging as chairperson of the Diverse Workforce Sub-committee.
