Mark Hoffman

Mark Hoffman serves as an Associate Principal at PlaceWorks since February 2005. Previously, Mark held the position of Associate/Senior Planner at Cotton/Bridges/Associates from 1999 to 2005. Mark's educational background includes two master's degrees from the University of Southern California in Planning and Development Studies and Public Policy, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from Biola University.
