Mario Reis

Mario was appointed Chief Supply Chain Officer in November 2019. Prior to his current role, Mario spent five years as Chief Supply Chain Officer for Coty Inc. In this position, Mario was responsible for leading the global end-to-end supply chain across integrated planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and quality.

Prior to joining Coty, Mario worked for Danone for 17 years where he served as Chief Supply Chain Officer in the biscuits and global dairy divisions. Mario was also General Manager for the South African dairy business for five years where he led the development of Danone’s sub-Saharan markets.

Earlier in his career Mario was with Mars for five years, holding several procurement and supply chain roles. Before that, Mario was a management consultant for Bain & Co.

Mario has lived and worked in the UK, France, South Africa and Switzerland. He has an MBA from INSEAD in France and a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Manchester University in the UK.
