Matt Blake has extensive experience in sales and management roles within the food and beverage industry. Matt has worked for pladis Global since 2016, starting as the Head of Wholesale before progressing to the position of Head of Field Sales and Sales Capability. Currently, they hold the role of Customer Sales Director, overseeing Impulse, Field Sales, and Capability. Prior to their time at pladis Global, Matt worked at PepsiCo, where they held various positions, including Sales Controller, Customer Business Manager, and The Co-operative Customer Business Manager. Their responsibilities involved managing accounts and categories, negotiating contracts, and leading teams. Before joining PepsiCo, Matt worked at PepsiCo UK and Ireland, where they served as a Licensed On Trade Customer Business Manager. Matt was responsible for the licensed agenda, white space business wins, and contract negotiations. Matt also has experience as a TI Performance Manager and DTS Planning and Execution Manager at PepsiCo. In these roles, they were responsible for forecasting, promotional planning and execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Additionally, Matt gained experience as an Area Sales Manager, overseeing sales and operations, team management, and regional accounts.
