Tim Kensey

Tim Kensey has over 30 years of experience in various HR roles, spanning multiple industries. Tim is currently a Vice President of HR Global at pladis Global, a global food company. Prior to this, they served as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Age Concern Epsom & Ewell. Previously, Tim held senior HR positions at Nomad Foods Europe, including HR Director for Corporate, UK & Continental Europe, and European Markets. Tim also worked as an HR Director for Group Reward and Saga Services at Acromas, and as the International Employee Engagement Director at The Body Shop. Earlier in their career, Tim held global HR and talent management roles at Shell and Shell International Petroleum Company, as well as HR policy and reward management roles at BOC. Tim began their career at Nestle in various HR and finance positions. Throughout their career, Tim has focused on HR strategy, talent management, employee engagement, and policy implementation.

Tim Kensey completed a BA Honours degree in Modern History & Politics with Economics from the University of Southampton from 1985 to 1988. Tim later pursued an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from Birkbeck College, University of London, although the specific dates of this program are unknown.
