Kiran Shivapura

Kiran Shivapura is an experienced professional in e-commerce operations and business management, currently serving as the Manager of E-commerce Operations at Plaeto since September 2021. As a Co-Founder of vResQ Systems and Services since September 2016, Kiran has successfully managed key accounts, overseeing 83 points of sale across India. Previous roles include Manager of Product Marketing & Sales at Advance Technology Electronics LLC, where Kiran led vendor management and the accessories business for Apple Premium Reseller stores in Oman. Kiran has also worked at Apple India Private Limited as an Apple Certified Sales Trainer, training over 1500 individuals and conducting skills gap analyses. Early career experiences include roles at Dell India Pvt. Ltd and CyberMedia India Online Ltd. Kiran holds an eMDP in Data Analytics for Business Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, a PGDM in Marketing & IT from IFIM Business School, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
