Brent Chadwick

Brent Chadwick serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Plaid Pantry since January 2016, where notable achievements include implementing process modifications and vendor replacements that generated annual savings exceeding $1 million, as well as leading an IT system upgrade. Previously, Brent was Controller at Aspen Capital from December 2014 to November 2015, where new controls were established following a successful IPO, and quarterly forecasts were presented to the Executive team. As Assistant Controller at Radisys Corporation, Brent handled SEC filings and prepared consolidated financial statements. Brent's career also includes experience as an Audit Manager at PwC, overseeing complex audits for various entities, and serving in the US Army Infantry. Brent holds a Master's degree in Accounting from The University of Montana - College of Business.
