Gideon Hyacinth serves as the Global Head of HR Business Partners and People Operations at Plaid since January 2022, bringing extensive experience in human resource leadership from prior roles at Atlassian and Airbnb, where Gideon led HR partnerships and talent strategies. With a strong background in HR management from Electronic Arts, Hewlett-Packard, and Dell, Gideon has contributed significantly to strategic talent initiatives, organizational design, and transformation efforts across diverse sectors. Educationally, Gideon holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Strategic Management from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Business Studies from St. Francis College.
