Mary McMullen

Mary McMullen is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching, tutoring, and special education. Currently serving as an ESL Teacher at USA English Audiovisual School since July 2015 and a Tutor at Plainfield Public Library District since June 2014, Mary has demonstrated expertise in promoting language acquisition and literacy among students of varying backgrounds. A founding Kindergarten Teacher at College Achieve Central Charter School, Mary successfully advanced bilingual students' reading and writing skills. Previous roles include a Self Contained Special Education Teacher at Newark Public Schools, where Mary developed individualized education plans for students with multiple disabilities, and Assistant to Property Manager at HOMECorp, managing rental households and facilitating homebuyer seminars.
