Noam Ikar

Noam Ikar has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Noam currently serves as the VP R&D at PlainID - The Authorization Company. In their previous role as Head of R&D at Elbit Systems Ltd, they were responsible for establishing a new team and developing next-generation intelligence fusion products with a focus on cyber offense and cyber defense. Before that, Noam was the VP R&D and VP Product at CyberInt, where they implemented agile methodologies and DevOps practices to improve efficiency and quality. Noam also worked at Amdocs, where they held positions including Head of Delivery for the Network Business Unit and Director of R&D. In these roles, they successfully led large-scale projects and achieved significant growth for the company.

Noam Ikar obtained a BA in Biology from Tel Aviv University between 1997 and 2000.
