Matt Ferguson has over 25 years of work experience in marketing, advertising, and innovation roles. Matt is currently serving as the Chief Innovation Officer at Storyland Studios and PlainJoe, where they utilize their storytelling expertise to create immersive experiences for brands and non-profit organizations. Prior to this, Matt was the Managing Partner at Mower Agency, where they played a key leadership role in the agency's 9 offices. Matt also has experience working at The Walt Disney Company as an Account Manager, where they played a crucial role in national branding, marketing communications, and advertising for various Disney brands and partnerships.
Matt Ferguson studied at Florida State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication, with a major in Advertising and a minor in Psychology. Matt graduated with honors (Cum Laude). Matt later attended Harvard University to pursue further education in the field of Leadership, Architecture, and Urban Planning. Additionally, Matt obtained a certification as an Online Marketing Certified Professional (OMCP) from the institution called OMCP in April 2014.
