Stephen Reckling

Stephen Reckling has extensive experience in business development and commercial operations within the energy sector. Currently serving as Director of Business Development and Commercial Operations (Permian) at Plains All American since October 2018, Stephen has previously held roles including Director of Mergers and Acquisitions and Senior Manager of Acquisitions and Strategic Planning. Prior experience includes a Manager position in Finance and Business Development at Nuevo Midstream and a role as an MBA Business Development Summer Associate at Kinder Morgan. Earlier career positions involved investment banking and operational support at PPHB Energy Investment Bank and Stallion Oilfield Services, respectively. Stephen holds an MBA in Finance from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business and a BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University.
