Lamar Brown has a strong background in the banking and mortgage industry. Lamar began their career at Gateway Mortgage Group, LLC as a Loan Underwriter in 2015 and later became the Manager of Counterparty Administration. In 2016, they joined PlainsCapital Bank as the Counterparty Credit Risk Manager, where they conducted due diligence reviews and monitored the pipeline hedging activities of clients. Lamar also mentored credit analysts and developed risk management tools.
