Matt Goodson

Matt Goodson currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Plainville Farms since April 2022. Prior to this role, Matt held multiple positions at Cargill from January 2016 to April 2022, including Vice President & Business Lead for Primary Turkey and Vice President & Business Lead for Protein Ingredients and International. Earlier experience includes serving as the Innovation and R&D Lead for Turkey and Cooked Meats at ConAgra Foods and as an Associate Brand Manager for Banquet products. Matt's career began at Cargill in various operational roles, including Operations Superintendent and Harvest Floor Supervisor. Matt holds an MBA in Marketing and Business Analytics from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Animal Science from Cornell University.
