Thaddeus Burger

Thaddeus Burger is a process-oriented Operations and Supply Chain Manager with extensive experience in managing end-to-end supply chain operations. Currently serving as Distribution Manager at Plainville Farms since January 2024, Thaddeus previously held the role of Manager, Distribution and Transportation at Newell Brands from January 2019 to August 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Shipping Manager at Mountaire Farms from June 2010 to January 2019, where oversight included a shipping department comprising approximately 70 union hourly and salaried employees. Thaddeus possesses Lean Six Sigma training focused on total quality management to enhance the cost-effectiveness of development and logistics processes. Thaddeus holds a Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems from Eastern University.
