Mike Edmunds

Mike Edmunds is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering, product management, and startups. As Co-Founder of Planapple since January 2011, Mike has been instrumental in developing web and mobile applications that enhance travel planning for users. Prior roles include Senior VP Engineering at Eye-Fi, where Mike focused on improving experiences for photo enthusiasts, and VP Web Products and Technologies at Sonic Solutions, where leadership efforts targeted new business initiatives. At Simple Star, Mike served as Senior VP Products & Technologies and COO, guiding the transition of a consumer product from desktop shareware to a subscription service. Additional experience spans roles in notable companies such as cd3o, Shockwave.com, Macromedia, and Verity, highlighting a robust career dedicated to innovation in product design and technology. Mike holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
