Chris Decker

Chris Decker, P.E. serves as the President of Planate Management Group and Worldwide B2B Services, providing installation management consulting and professional services to NAVFAC and federal partners. Actively involved in the Navy Safe Harbor Foundation and the Fashion For Fighters Foundation as a founding board member and president, Decker focuses on supporting wounded service members and their families through various initiatives. With extensive experience in the US Navy, including roles such as Chief Integrator and Deputy Operations Officer, Decker has a strong background in public safety, resource management, and strategic operations. Decker holds a BSME from the United States Naval Academy and has completed several executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School, among other institutions.
