Matt Zelen

Matt Zelen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and customer success across multiple technology companies. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Planet DDS since July 2024, Zelen previously held the position of Chief Customer Officer at UserTesting from January 2020 to July 2024. Earlier roles include Chief Operating Officer at AppZen, Chief Customer Officer at Act-On Software, and Vice President of Customer Success Group at Salesforce. Zelen also established a Managed Services practice at TEAM Informatics and held key positions in product management and technical account management at Oracle and Stellent. Zelen holds an MBA in Corporate Management and Finance from Argosy University Twin Cities and a bachelor's degree from Saint John's University.
