Mitch Spaulding

Mitch Spaulding is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in operational efficiency and service management within the corporate sector. Currently serving as the Sr Director of Technology Operations at Planet Fitness since January 2021, Mitch plays a crucial role in ensuring that business systems uphold high standards of performance. Previously, Mitch was the Director of Production Services at Planet Fitness, driving service delivery across global technology. Before joining Planet Fitness, Mitch owned and operated Master Guns Leather during the COVID-19 pandemic, while also accumulating over 20 years of technology leadership experience at Nike, specializing in SAP Basis Administration and global supply chain systems. Early career roles included a position as an SAP Basis Consultant at SAP America and various technical and leadership roles within the US Marine Corps, culminating in a rank of Marine SNCO/MGySgt. Mitch earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Campbell University.
