Sanjay Miller is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in restaurant operations and management. Currently serving as the Director of Culinary Operations at Planet Hollywood International and Buca di Beppo since 2013, Sanjay has successfully relaunched the Planet Hollywood in Times Square and opened the first Buca di Beppo in New York City, overseeing all culinary aspects of both concepts. Previous roles include Executive Chef at Bravo Brio Restaurant Group and Executive Chef at The Walt Disney Company’s ESPN Zone in Times Square, where significant support was provided across multiple locations. Sanjay also held positions as Head Kitchen Manager at Great American Restaurants and Kitchen Manager at Dave & Buster's, demonstrating a strong background in high-volume, upscale dining and culinary operations management. Education was pursued at Montgomery College from 1992 to 1994.
