Janina Woods (Gigi)

Janina "Gigi" Woods has a comprehensive work experience spanning several companies. Janina "Gigi" began their career at Sibley Mortgage Corporation in 1988 as a Default Manager and worked there until 1995. Janina "Gigi" then joined First Federal Savings and Loan Assoc. as a Default Operations Manager from 1995 to 1997. Following that, Woods worked at North American Mortgage from 1998 to 2002 in Transaction Management. Janina "Gigi" then moved on to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where they held the role of Director, Portfolio Management from 2002 to 2007, contributing to the success of the HUD 601 program. In 2007, Woods joined Seneca Mortgage Servicing LLC as SVP, Portfolio Performance and Relationship Management until 2016.
